By accessing or using GauchoFlow Builder (the "Service"), available at gauchoflow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, visitors and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.
GauchoFlow Builder is a website building platform that lets users design, publish and manage web pages with a visual drag & drop editor. The service includes:
To use the Service you must create an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GauchoFlow Builder will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
The free plan lets you create 1 website on a gauchoflow.com subdomain. No payment details are required. The free plan may have feature limitations as stated on the pricing page.
The Caudillo, Estancia and Pampero plans are billed monthly through PayPal. The charge is made at the start of each billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
We reserve the right to change plan prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience serious technical problems that prevent you from using the service for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated credit by contacting legal@gauchoflow.com.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish on sites built with GauchoFlow Builder. By publishing content, you grant GauchoFlow Builder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store and transmit that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
Users on paid plans can connect third-party domains to their GauchoFlow Builder sites. The user is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the domain with the corresponding registrar. GauchoFlow Builder is not responsible for the availability or renewal of the domain.
If the paid plan is canceled, the site will remain accessible on its gauchoflow.com subdomain, but the custom domain configuration will be disabled.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and original content, is the exclusive property of GauchoFlow Builder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Websites, text and images created by users remain the property of their respective creators.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance that causes temporary interruptions, giving reasonable notice whenever possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GauchoFlow Builder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
GauchoFlow Builder's total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or cancel your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting legal@gauchoflow.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
